1. Flexible Cancellation Policy
At Rose Adventure Tours, we aim to provide a fair and flexible cancellation policy while protecting our operations and availability.
2. Payments & Deposits
- Some tours require a non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation.
- In certain cases, full payment may be required in advance, depending on the tour, availability, or season.
π By making a payment (deposit or full), the customer confirms and accepts all terms of this Cancellation Policy.
- Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Remaining balances (if applicable) must be paid before the tour date as instructed.
3. Date Changes
- Date changes are allowed without penalty if requested at least 72 hours in advance.
- All changes are subject to availability.
4. Destination Changes
- Destination changes are allowed without extra charge only if:
- The new tour has the same price, and
- Availability is confirmed
- Requests must be made at least 72 hours before the tour.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- 4 days or more before the tour:
β Eligible for up to 50% refund (excluding deposit) - Less than 48 hours before the tour:
β No refund (100% charge applies)
π Any approved refund will be processed minus transaction or service fees.
6. No-Show Policy
Failure to appear at the agreed meeting time will be considered a No-Show, and no refund will be issued.
7. Holidays & Peak Season
For bookings during high-demand periods:
- Christmas & New Year (December 20 β January 5)
- Holy Week (Semana Santa)
- National holidays
π All payments are non-refundable (including deposits and full payments).
8. Changes During the Tour
Any changes requested during the tour (itinerary modifications, additional stops, extended time) may incur additional charges.
9. How to Request Changes or Cancellations

10. Third-Party Services
This policy does not apply to third-party services such as:
- Flights
- Hotels
- Helicopter tours
These services follow their own cancellation and refund policies.
11. Non-Cancellable Services
Certain tours or promotional offers may be marked as:
π Non-refundable / Non-changeable
In such cases:
- No cancellations
- No changes
- No refunds
12. Force Majeure
Rose Adventure Tours is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Social or transportation disruptions
Refunds in these cases are not guaranteed.
