1. General Terms

Please read these Booking Conditions and Terms & Conditions carefully before making any reservation with Rose Adventure Tours.

By making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms, and that you have the authority to accept them on behalf of yourself and all members of your group.


2. Service Agreement

A service agreement between you and Rose Adventure Tours is established once a booking confirmation has been issued via email or official communication.

This confirmation is sent after full or partial payment has been successfully received.

By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.


3. Pricing Information

  • All prices are listed per person and in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
  • Once a reservation is confirmed, the agreed price will remain fixed.

Prices include only what is specifically described in each tour under the section โ€œInclusionsโ€.

Prices do not include, unless explicitly stated:

  • Additional meals or drinks
  • Personal expenses (souvenirs, tips, etc.)
  • Optional activities
  • Travel insurance
  • Any services not clearly specified as included

4. Third-Party Services (Flights, Hotels, etc.)

Rose Adventure Tours may act as an intermediary for third-party services such as transportation, accommodations, or other providers.

We are not responsible for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
  • Service failures by third-party providers
  • Additional costs resulting from such situations

Any claims, refunds, or disputes related to these services must be handled directly with the respective provider.


5. Transportation Services

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate type of vehicle for each service based on group size, availability, and operational conditions.

Delays or changes may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Road conditions
  • Mechanical issues
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Such situations are beyond our control and do not entitle the customer to compensation.


6. Accommodation Services (If Applicable)

When accommodation is included:

  • Hotels are subject to availability
  • If necessary, a similar category hotel may be provided
  • Standard check-in and check-out times depend on each hotel

Rose Adventure Tours is not responsible for dissatisfaction with hotel services once selected or accepted by the client.


7. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

Customer Cancellations:

  • Cancellations must be requested via email and confirmed by us
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance may be eligible for partial refund
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable

No-Show:

Failure to appear at the scheduled time for any reason will be considered a No-Show, and no refund will be issued.


8. Special Dates & High Season

For bookings during peak periods (such as holidays, Christmas, New Year, or Holy Week), stricter cancellation policies may apply, including non-refundable conditions.


9. Responsibility & Liability

Rose Adventure Tours is committed to providing safe and high-quality services. However:

We are not liable for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or illness during tours
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
  • Delays caused by external factors

By booking, you accept that participation is at your own risk.


10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or modifications caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or social events

In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.


11. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries or services when necessary to ensure safety, operational efficiency, or due to unforeseen circumstances.


12. Customer Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service, remove, or deny participation to any individual whose behavior may affect the safety or enjoyment of others.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.


13. Health & Fitness

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the tours.

We reserve the right to deny participation if we believe a customer may be at risk.


14. Media Use (Photos & Videos)

By participating in our tours, you grant Rose Adventure Tours permission to use photos or videos taken during the experience for promotional and marketing purposes.

If you prefer not to appear, please notify us in advance.


15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Guatemala.
